We have linked up with the British Olympic Association so you can get the best advice from the best people - elite athletes who are working towards competing at the highest level over the next few years.
There are examples of menus available in our secondary schools and there is the chance to eat like the stars by downloading celebrity menus.
Students can have fun on the site by sending in funny sporting videos, their blogs and they can vote on current issues.
