You can also amend personal details such as your address and bank details. MyView is available to all school staff now. All you need is access to the internet and an email account. This can be a personal email account, or a North Yorkshire County Council account, as MyView can be accessed from any computer over the internet allowing you to use MyView from places such as home, a public library, or internet café. To gain access you will need to email the following details to hrsystems@northyorks.gov.uk •Your full name; •Your employee reference number (10 digit number from payslip) •The email address which you would like to register. You will then be emailed details of how to access the system. You can send any queries to the HR systems support team on 01609 532190. We will soon be able to manage, through MyView, many processes such as authorisation of expense payments, time sheets for supply or extra work undertaken and overtime payments, as well as allowing you to update your qualifications.
